(1)    LIABILITY RELEASE.  In signing this agreement, I hereby release Houma Oilman's Fishing Invitational, its officers, agents, employees and contributors from any and all damages, claims, demands, costs or expenses relating to injury of any persons or property which I may sustain or which I may cause by reason of participating in or in connection with this tournament. (2)    CONSENT NOT TO SUE AND WAIVER OF SUBROGATION.  I further agree that I will never sue Houma Oilman's Fishing Invitational, et al for damages on account of an injury or damage I suffer or cause whether known now or which may develop in the future,  In the event Houma Oilman's Fishing Invitational, et al are sued because of my actions, I expressly agree to indemnify and hold Houma Oilman's Fishing Invitational et al, harmless from any liability whatsoever, including court costs and attorney's fees, arising with respect to such actions.  I understand that in waiving my rights of recovery from Houma Oilman's Fishing Invitational, et al , I also am waiving the rights of recovery from Houma Oilman's Fishing Invitational, et al (3)    I signify by my signature below that I have read and understand the agreements numbered 1 and 2 above.   DATE___________________________                      SIGNATURE___________________________   Post Office Box 4351, Houma, LA  70361-4351   ENTRY FEE MUST BE RECEIVED BY JANUARY 31, 2010.
