SPONSOR NOTICE!

You as the Sponsor are responsible for all badges issued to your company. You are responsible for getting them to the participants that you have sponsored. Any changes that need to be made to the badges can only be done by the contact person listed on your entry form. Upon issuing badges to participants, the sponsor shall impress upon the participant the importance of wearing his or her badge.  This certainly means that no badges can be swapped with other participants or non-participants.  Again, sponsors will be penalized if this or any other rule is deviated from.  This includes up to being excluded from all future H.O.F.I. events. There are duplicate badges attached to the front of each original badge.  Please leave these intact.  Upon entering the tent, participant will show their badge along with their license, after approval he/she will receive a lanyard and shall continue on to the stage to receive an entry gift.  Houma Oilman's representative will take the duplicate badge for prize drawing, give the participant any entry gift and punch the original badge.  Entry Gifts will only be given to the person registered. There will be a $100.00 charge for all lost badges.  Please let the participant know this. If someone else is caught wearing a fraudulent badge he or she will be escorted out of the tent and may cause you as the sponsor to be banned from future tournaments. Sponsor shall impress upon their participants to treat the Houma Oilman's representatives with the same respect that they would want.  On the same token, if any Houma Oilman's representatives treat participants in any other manner can and should be brought to the attention of the board of directors.

All invitations go out by e-mail.  Please make sure we have your correct e-mail address on file.  It if changes within the year, please let us know.  The badges will go out by certified mail as they have in the past.
